With over 13 years of experience as a home inspector, I offer the same friendly, detailed, and informative inspections in the Pikes Peak Region. As a Certified Master Inspector with an OSHA-30 Construction Safety certification from OSHA, I possess the skills and knowledge to assess any property for potential hazards and ensure its safety. Furthermore, I hold a CMI (Certified Master Inspector) from the Master Inspector Certification Board, Certified Professional Inspector from InterNACHI, Certified Commercial Inspector by the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association, IAC2 certification by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants for Radon and Mold.
